What outsourced IT means for a small company

Outsourcing IT means an IT services company takes over, on a monthly plan, what an internal IT department would do: keeps the equipment working, solves the employees’ problems, administers email, network and backup, and plans replacements. For a small company it is usually cheaper than an employee and safer than “the guy who knows computers”, because there is a process, a history and someone who answers even when a colleague is on holiday.

We work remotely for almost everything: installations, configurations, email or printing problems are solved through a secure connection to the computer in question, within minutes, without travel. We come on site for what cannot be done otherwise: cabling, equipment replacement, network problems, in Craiova, in Olt County and, when needed, in the neighbouring counties.

What a month on the plan looks like

1. 1 In the first week we take inventory: computers, network, email accounts, licences, backups, passwords and access. You receive the list of what is fine and what needs fixing.
2. 2 We fix what is urgent: the backup that does not run, the expired antivirus, the missing updates, the shared passwords.
3. 3 Employees have a phone number and an email for any problem; we intervene remotely the same working day.
4. 4 Once a month we run the scheduled maintenance and verify the backup with a restore test; on site, when needed, during the monthly visit.
5. 5 At the end of the month you get a short report: what happened, what we fixed, what we recommend (for example which computer is reaching end of life and what a replacement would cost).

What it costs and what the price includes

The plan starts at RON 590 per month for a company with up to 5 computers, with unlimited remote support during business hours, monthly maintenance and one on-site visit included. For more workstations, servers or several locations the price is set in the offer, after the inventory, and stays fixed as long as the infrastructure does not change.

• Without a plan, a remote intervention costs RON 150 per hour and an on-site one, in Craiova and Olt County, RON 250 for up to two hours.
• Equipment, licences and third-party subscriptions (Microsoft 365, antivirus, hosting) are paid separately, at the provider’s price, in your company’s name; we choose, install and administer them.
• Large projects (moving to new premises, email migration, a new server) are quoted separately, with a fixed price and deadline, like any project of ours.
