Which cookies czrsoftware.ro uses, what they are for, which third parties are involved when pages load and how you manage your preferences.

In short

  • Essential cookies only: the session, form protection, your preference and “remember me” in the portal.
  • No analytics or marketing for now; if we add them, they start only with your consent.

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device (computer, phone, tablet) when you visit a website. They allow the site to “recognize” your browser on later visits, remember the preferences you have chosen and collect anonymous statistical information.

The legal basis for the use of cookies is the user's explicit consent (Art. 6(1)(a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 — the GDPR) or the controller's legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) of the GDPR), as applicable.

3. Types of cookies used

3.1 Strictly necessary (essential) cookies

These cookies are indispensable for the operation of the website. Without them, the services you request cannot be provided. They do not require consent.

3.2 Analytics cookies

At the moment the site uses no analytics cookies. We compute traffic statistics from the server logs, without cookies and without identifying visitors. If we add an analytics tool, we will start it only with your consent, through the settings panel.

3.3 Marketing cookies

Marketing cookies serve to display relevant ads on external platforms and start only with your explicit consent.

Currently, the CZR Software website does not use third-party marketing cookies. If this changes, this policy will be updated.

4. Third parties involved when pages load

When pages load, your browser requests fonts from Google Fonts and libraries from the unpkg.com (Cloudflare) and jsDelivr content delivery networks; on the payment page in the portal, Stripe loads its own components. These providers receive your IP address and the usual technical data of a web request, and Stripe may set its own cookies for fraud prevention. Their policies:

5. How do you manage cookies?

You can change your cookie preferences at any time via:

  • Our cookie banner — click the “Cookie settings” button in the page footer to reopen the preferences panel.
  • Your browser settings — you can configure your browser to block or delete cookies. Please note that blocking essential cookies may affect how the website works.

The “Analytics” and “Marketing” options in the panel are prepared for the moment we add such tools; until then they load nothing, whichever you choose.

  • Rectification — have inaccurate data corrected
