The receptionist runs on our CZR Voice platform, but we do all the setup: the number in your company’s name, the activation file (you only upload the two documents the phone operator requires), the schedule, services, frequently asked questions and the tests. You get a number to publish or to forward your existing phone to.

Frequently asked questions
Do I keep my current number?
Yes. You get a new number in your company’s name and forward your existing number to it, fully or only when you do not answer. You can also publish the new number directly.
What does it cost after setup?
The number subscription and the minutes spoken, paid in advance. At 100 minutes of calls per month the total is RON 198 including VAT (RON 49 for the subscription and RON 149 for the minutes); at 300 minutes, RON 454. Minutes do not expire. No long-term contract.
What if someone asks for a human?
During business hours the receptionist transfers the call to the number you choose. Outside hours it takes the message and says when you are available.
Which documents are needed and who sees them?
The trade register extract and the administrator’s ID, required by the phone operator for any number allocated to a company. You upload them yourself in your CZR Voice account and they go straight to the operator; we prepare the rest of the file and keep no copies of the documents.
